Ensures the app meets WCAG 2.2 AA standards and the specific accessibility requirements of organizations whose members include people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities. Critical requirements include full screen reader support (VoiceOver on iOS, TalkBack on Android) with proper semantic labels on all interactive elements, adjustable font sizes, sufficient color contrast, avoidance of thin or italic fonts, back-button navigation instead of swipe gestures, vertical scroll as the primary navigation pattern, and warnings before reading sensitive fields aloud. Cognitive accessibility (for stroke survivors and others with cognitive challenges — NHF) is treated as a first-class design constraint, not an afterthought.
