Area Overview
The highest-priority functional area across all organizations. Enables peer mentors to register individual activities and group events with the absolute minimum number of taps — target is under two clicks for the most common case. Features smart defaults (today's date, 30-minute duration), a multi-step activity wizard (contact → date → time → duration → summary), speech-to-text for report writing, and bulk/proxy registration so coordinators can register on behalf of peer mentors who cannot or will not use the app. Also covers document attachments to activities for audit trails and coordinator bulk registration of recurring group activities.
Underreporting due to friction is the core problem this area must solve.
