View Summary Metrics for Each Historical Report
Each report in the history list should have an expandable or linked detail view that displays the summary metrics widget. This widget should render the key Bufdir-required statistics: number of peer mentor sessions, unique participant count, total hours, breakdown by activity category, and geographic coverage. The data must reflect the snapshot at the time of submission, not current live data, ensuring historical accuracy even if underlying activity records are later edited.
User Story
Acceptance Criteria
- Given the coordinator taps on a historical report entry, when the detail view opens, then a metrics widget shows total sessions, unique participants, total hours, activity category breakdown, and geographic distribution for that specific reporting period
- Given the coordinator views a report submitted 6 months ago, when activity records have since been edited, then the history metrics still show the values as they were at time of submission
- Given the metrics widget is displayed, when the coordinator reviews it, then each metric is labeled in plain language matching Bufdir's official terminology
- Given a report had data quality warnings at submission time, when the coordinator views the metrics, then those warnings are surfaced alongside the metrics with explanatory text
Business Value
Bufdir grant recipients are subject to audits and must be able to explain reported figures. Snapshot-accurate metrics in the history view give coordinators the confidence to answer audit questions without reconstructing data manually, and reduces compliance risk for all participating organizations.
