View Certification Renewal History
The certification screen should include a history section showing all past certifications with their issue dates, expiry dates, and whether they were renewed or allowed to lapse. This provides peer mentors with a complete longitudinal view of their qualifications, which may be required for accountability purposes or personal record keeping. Data is sourced from the HLF Dynamics portal via the certification sync service.

Acceptance Criteria
- Given I have completed at least two certification cycles, when I scroll to the certification history section on the certification screen, then I see a chronological list of past certifications with issue date, expiry date, and renewal status (Renewed / Lapsed / Active)
- Given I have only one certification record, when I view the certification history section, then I see a single entry and a message indicating I have been certified since that date
- Given a certification was allowed to lapse before renewal, when I view that entry in history, then it is marked with a 'Lapsed' label and the date it expired without renewal
- Given the certification history section loads, when data is being fetched, then a loading skeleton is shown before data appears to prevent layout shifts
- Given I tap on a historical certification record, when a detail view opens, then I see the full certification record including any course name associated with the renewal
Business Value
Providing peer mentors with a transparent history of their certification records builds trust in the system and gives them ownership of their volunteer qualifications. For organizations conducting audits or quality reviews, having peer mentors who can self-serve their own certification history reduces the administrative burden on coordinators who would otherwise need to pull these records manually from the Dynamics portal.
