📋 Bufdir Report Generation

Automates the generation of mandatory government reports to Bufdir (the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs), which currently consumes significant staff time across all organizations. The goal is a single-tap export that compiles all required data points in the format Bufdir expects. Norse Digital Products is initiating direct dialogue with Bufdir on behalf of all organizations to negotiate a simplified digital reporting format or API integration. Requires aggregating activity data, participant counts, demographics, and financial summaries across organizational hierarchy levels.
