Area Overview
Provides coordinators and organization administrators with management tools beyond what peer mentors see. Includes an admin portal for managing peer mentor rosters, viewing aggregated statistics per peer mentor and per coordinator, managing organizational configuration, handling duplicate activity warnings, bulk registration on behalf of peers, and role assignment. Also covers the organization labels system (dynamic terminology per organization — e.g., different organizations use different names for the same role concepts). NHF requires support for a complex hierarchy of 12 national associations, 9 regions, and 1400 local chapters.
