Manages push notifications and in-app notifications for all user types. Covers scenario-based push messages for coordinators following up on peer mentors, automatic reminders when a peer mentor has not made contact within 10 days of receiving an assignment (Blindeforbundet), certification expiry reminders (HLF), calendar synchronization for upcoming activities, and coordinator alerts when a peer mentor activates the pause function. HLF's survey found 40% of peer mentors were unsatisfied with follow-up quality — this area directly addresses that. Also includes a notification preferences screen in Settings.
